What we offer

We offer an out of school service for primary school children and those in secondary one and two. We have 60 places between 3.15pm and 6.00pm and 30 places in our sessions before school. We also offer a play scheme during the summer holidays, the Easter holidays and the October week.

During our normal term sessions we offer a variety of activities. We have quiet areas and support from staff for homework as well as outside play space and sports workers to keep the children active. We have a variety of games consuls and computers and more traditional toys and games like board games, dolls houses and building blocks. We also have a well stocked craft cupboard for children who want to be creative.

We also cater for secondary school children with a dedicated area for the older children to "hang out" with access to music, the internet, books and magazines.

During the play schemes we like to take the children on as many trips as we can. Favourites include trips to Millport, Louden Castle, the Waterfront and the seaside towns of Ayr, Largs and Salcoats.

We also organise a number of special events throughout the year including parties, discos, fundraising events and our annual summer show.
