Playscheme News
The summer playscheme was again a great success. We offered a variety of trips and activities including swimming, cinema, funworld, Blair Drumond Safari Park, Kayaking and a speed boat trips! We also had a number of themed days both ourself and with other out of school cares. The next playscheme will be during the October week, so look out for details coming out soon.
Important
Could we please remind people that when collecting children by car please use the rear car park accessed through the second gate past the school. The gate giving access to the front car park will be closed and children will not be allowed to leave via this route. As I am sure you understand this is for the safety of your children and we thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Summer Talent Show
The summer talent show had over 50 children taking part. The "Boogie Nights theme" included dancing and singing while the talent show showed the diverse range of talent the children have including comedy, gymnastics and musical instruments. A big thank you to all the staff, parents and friends who volunteerd and made the show such a great success.
Stephen does 10K for ROSC
A big well done to Stephen Caveney who raised £360 for the ROSC by running a 10K race! He asked for the money to go towards the pantomime trip and for new equipment. Thanks Stephen for all your hard work!
Fun Day and Fun Run
The ROSC Fun day and Fun Run was grea t fun and we hope to run another one this year! A big thank you to all those who helped and took part including the Fire Brigade, Jump Dance School, Crazy Capers Bouncy Castles and all the parents, friends, children and staff of ROSC.
Race Night
The latest race night was a great success. We raised a fantastic £700. All those attending had a great time and a big thank you to all those who attended and supported the night. We are concerned we are not offering the right kind of fundraising, so we are sending out letters to get some feedback. Please fill out the forms and return to us so we can plan any future events.
Talent Show
The talent show was great fun for both participants and the audience. Well done to all the children who took part and to our special guest judges! A big thank you to all the parents who came to the show and to all those who gave up time to help put on a great show which you will all agree really showcased the talent here at Ralston Out of School Care. And congratulations to Andrew Donahue our ROSC talent show winner! The show also raised a magnificent £231 which is a great start to this year’s fundraising

Latest Care Commision Report: "Very Good"
We had our latest Care commission inspection on June 16th. The report form this unannounced visit has just been published.The report rated the service as an overall "very good"! A big thankyou to all the staff, volunteers, parents and children who all contributed to our best Care commision report yet! We are are delighted that we are offering such a good service but we still have lots of ideas for moving forward and making the service even better. To read the full report please click here
